Advance is seeking a Neurodiversity Lead to work with the Healthcare & Education Department at HMP Bronzefield and women’s centres across London. The role focuses on identifying neurodiverse women transitioning to the community and developing tailored support plans.

Based at the Head Office in Hammersmith with community and prison placements, the post involves multidisciplinary meetings, signposting, and close collaboration with prison and community services to enable reintegration and access to support.
