Advance is a feminist charity seeking a Young Women & Girls Advocate to support the Nest programme, delivering trauma-informed advocacy to young women aged 14-25 at risk of entering the criminal justice system.
The role is 35 hours per week, with hybrid working up to 2 days from home. It is fixed-term until 30 September 2027, and open to female applicants only, in line with the Equality Act.
