Position: Female Casual Support Worker

Location: Aylesbury and Chesham, Buckinghamshire

Hours: Zero contracted hours (Mon-Sun, including weekends, days, evenings, holidays and sleep in's)

Salary: £14.94 per hour inclusive of holiday pay or £13.33 per hour exclusive of holiday pay

Advance is looking for Casual Support Workers in Buckinghamshire to support customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. You must have a full UK/International driving license and access to a vehicle; mileage will be paid for at 0.45p per mile.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
  • Medication administration (if required)
  • Support with preparing and cooking meals
  • Support with attending medical appointments
  • Support with social activities
  • Support with independent skills
  • Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
  • Keeping up to date with your training
  • Ensuring the premises are secure and safe during the night
  • Supporting with meal times and food preparation (if required)
  • Supporting with regular checks on the customer to ensure their safety
