Advance is seeking a Neurodiversity Lead to work with the Healthcare & Education Department at HMP Bronzefield and London centres, developing support for women who are neurodivergent as they transition back into the community.

The role involves casework, signposting and collaboration with healthcare professionals to implement tailored plans.

Based at the Advance Head Office in Hammersmith with regular community work and prison visits; 35 hours per week and a fixed-term contract until March 2027.
