I'm working with a leading UK property landowner and investor on a client-side valuation role across a £13bn+ portfolio.
The role
- Lead oversight of external valuations and challenge valuers, with RICS and IFRS compliance
- Own the MSCI relationship and total return reporting
- Present valuation and performance insight to Board and Committee
- Drive automation across Argus Enterprise and Power BI
You'll need
- MRICS (Valuation), 7-10+ years' experience
- Strong Argus Enterprise and DCF skills
- Advanced Excel, with Power BI preferred
- Strong UK market knowledge and clear communication
