We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial and industrial HVAC, heating, plumbing, refrigeration and building services projects across Yorkshire.
Working on small to medium-scale projects, you will be responsible for managing multiple sites, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects across Yorkshire.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Monitor project progress, quality and delivery.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and toolbox talks.
- Liaise with clients and project stakeholders.
- Resolve site issues and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and site records.
Requirements
- Proven Site Management/Supervision experience within HVAC, Mechanical or Building Services.
- Strong knowledge of commercial heating, plumbing, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Experience managing multiple live projects in commercial and industrial environments.
- SMSTS preferred but not essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
