We're currently looking for an Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing team in Sheffield. The role will involve working on a range of residential and commercial development projects, with a focus on highways and drainage design.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing highways and drainage infrastructure for residential and commercial developments
- Highway design including S38, S278 and S104
- External works and site level design
- Preparing technical drawings and schedules
- Working with clients, consultants and other project team members
- Managing your own workload and working to project deadlines
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers where required
- Working towards Chartered status where applicable
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject
- Experience with residential development projects
- Strong highways and drainage design experience
- Experience with S38, S278 and S104
- Experience using software such as AutoCAD, PDS, Site3D, FLOW and MicroDrainage/Windes
- Chartered or working towards Chartered status with ICE is desirable
