About the Role:
Our client is seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers to lead the Havant Thicket Reservoir project. You will manage the full project lifecycle - from design to commissioning - ensuring compliance with planning, licences, and regulations, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. A key focus is health, safety, and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination meetings with stakeholders and monitor work schedules.
- Produce monthly reports and governance documents.
- Manage direct reports, procurement, and performance of contract packages.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery and smooth operational handover.
- Ensure development aligns with all project and Portsmouth Water standards and policies.
About You:
- Civil Engineering degree and 10+ years' experience in construction and design management.
- Proven track record leading major infrastructure projects, ideally in the water sector.
- NEC contract management experience essential (Option C preferred).
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
- Full driving licence required (driving assessment will apply).
