Location: Glasgow (Other UK offices considered)

Salary: £65,000-£75,000+ Benefits package

About the role:

Are you an experienced process engineer with a passion for water & wastewater treatment projects? If so, we are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead and support multi-disciplinary teams in the planning and design, playing a critical role in advancing projects from conceptual evaluations to construction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead project management, process evaluations, and technical assessments.
• Perform process modelling, design calculations, cost estimates, and prepare detailed design and contract documents.
• Collaborate on process optimization, equipment selection, and system integration.
• Conduct fieldwork, site visits, and provide technical guidance from planning to construction.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and through technical reports to ensure project success.

About you:

• 10+ years of experience of Process design in the water industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in process design and engineering tools.
