Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of major water supply infrastructure projects. Contribute to sustainable wastewater and flood protection solutions. Produce and review engineering calculations, specifications, drawings, and reports. Represent our client in client meetings, fostering strong relationships. Manage project teams, budgets, and programmes to ensure high-quality delivery. Support technical excellence, commercial success, and proposal writing. Maintain best practice in health, safety, welfare, and environmental impact. What Our Client is Looking For: Essential: Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng) with a recognised institution. Proven track record in delivering complex technical projects. Strong design and design team management experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams. Good knowledge of CDM designer responsibilities.Desirable: Ability to travel to other offices and project sites. Experience mentoring junior staff and building team capability.
