I am looking for a senior engineer with a good Rail structures background, to deliver civil engineering technical excellence for an engineering project across Northern Ireland.
Role:
- You will have previous experience working in a similar role within programmes from a structures standards. This role would suit an existing or previous senior engineer.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure the structures engineering standards are currently compliant.
- Act as the structures engineering technical contact and liaison with stakeholders.
- Ensure integration of standards across UK and EU.
- Carry out project risk assessments.
- Attend engineering reviews as required for allocated contracts.
Essential requirements:
- Be a chartered civil engineer (MICE) or working towards it.
- Have five years relevant experience.
- Proven experience of managing and controlling standards.
Desirable:
- Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have a degree in a relevant discipline such as rail Engineering.
