About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Principal / Associate Civil Engineer to join an established Water Sector team in Croydon. This is a key role within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, with responsibility for supporting the delivery of a wide range of water infrastructure projects while providing leadership and guidance to a team of Civil Engineers and Technicians. You will work across projects of varying size and complexity, which may include optioneering, outline design and detailed design. Projects can be delivered directly for water companies or through contractors as part of design and construct contracts. The role would suit an experienced Civil Engineer who enjoys combining technical delivery with team leadership, client interaction and the development of less experienced engineers.
