My client is a leading provider of engineering and construction services to the UK transmission and distribution sector, delivering high-profile projects across the country. With a secured workstream for years to come, they are seeking an experienced OHL Project Manager to join their expanding team.
You will be responsible for delivering large-scale 132/275/400kV OHL projects across Scotland and the UK, initially supporting major projects in the Scottish central belt and Argyll & Bute. The role involves managing projects through their full lifecycle - ensuring safety, financial compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the successful delivery of multi-million-pound overhead line projects.
- Manage project planning, risk & change management, budget control, and cash flow.
- Lead and support project teams to meet key program milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients, Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), and subcontractors.
- Apply industry best practices to ensure high standards in project execution.

- Knowledge of DNO standards and NEC contract frameworks.
- Ability to lead project teams and resolve site challenges proactively.
- Strong financial, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required.
- Full UK driving licence.
