Project: A11/A47 Thickthorn Junction We re looking for an experienced Section Engineer to join a major highways project at the A11/A47 Thickthorn Junction. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a section of works, working closely with the Sub Agent / Agent and wider delivery team to ensure works are planned, coordinated and delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. You ll also have responsibility for supporting and developing Site Engineers, Graduates and Apprentices within your team. The Role: Take ownership of your section of works from planning through to delivery. Coordinate site activities, programmes, subcontractors and site teams. Manage engineers and support the development of junior team members. Review designs, raise technical queries and manage site documentation. Monitor progress, identify delays and implement mitigation. Oversee quality, inspections, ITPs, RAMS and NCR close-out. Maintain high standards of health
