Contract Project Manager - HVAC & M&E

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and industrial HVAC, M&E, and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from design through to commissioning and handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Monitor programmes, budgets, variations, and project risks
- Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and client requirements
- Lead client meetings and provide project updates
- Proven Project Management experience within HVAC, Heat Pumps and M&E
- Strong knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps and mechanical building services
- Experience managing subcontractors and project budgets across a number of commercial/industrial projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience of Commercial and Industrial Air Source Heat pump and M&E/HVAC installation projects is essential
- HNC/HND or Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
- SMSTS & CSCS Manager Card
- IOSH/NEBOSH
