The Role: As a Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing top‑tier candidates and ensuring smooth operations across the recruitment process. You will be involved in both permanent, contract, and temporary placements, helping to find and manage candidates at various experience levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and select qualified candidates for a variety of roles
  • Advertise roles and network to attract potential candidates
  • Match candidate's skills to suitable job vacancies
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates
  • Meet individual and team targets, delivering results against KPIs
  • Ensure regular database maintenance and quality assurance compliance
  • Generate call lists and maintain the talent pool
