What you’ll be doing:
- Leading wastewater process design through feasibility, outline and detailed design
- Setting technical direction and supporting strategic decision-making
- Reviewing process models, PFDs, mass balances, P&IDs and supplier proposals
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental and technical standards
- Driving best-value, whole-life and low-carbon engineering solutions
- Providing expert guidance and mentoring to process engineers
- Attending design reviews to present solutions and manage risk
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive wastewater process design experience
- Degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline (Master’s desirable)
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional status
- Strong technical leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
