Our client is seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional construction environment, working on a variety of exciting projects.
Essential Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Hold relevant Health & Safety certifications.
- Have the legal right to work in Ireland (EU Citizen, Irish Citizen, Stamp 4, or equivalent unrestricted work authorisation).
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Possess strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Measurement and quantification of construction works.
- Assisting with monthly cost reporting and Final Accounts.
- Monitoring project budgets, costs, and variations.
- Supporting subcontractor management and commercial activities.
- Conducting research, analysing project data, and preparing reports.
- Working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Ensuring compliance with quality procedures and Health & Safety standards.
- Attending project meetings and contributing to project delivery.
