Cost Manager – Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead cost management activities on major infrastructure projects, building strong, sustainable client and team relationships. Provide technical expertise in cost analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring quality assurance and innovative solutions. Develop and manage project controls systems and tools, including Power BI, PRISM, and EVM techniques. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.Key Skills & Experience: In-depth knowledge of cost management methodologies, industry benchmarks, and standard measurement methods (e.g., RMM, NRM). Strong understanding of construction contracts (NEC, FIDIC) and project commercial accountability. Proven track record of successful delivery within consultancy environments. Experience with large-scale projects and advanced cost management tools. Degree in construction or finance; professional membership (RICS, ICE, AACE) preferred.Strategic & Business Development Focus: Drive strategic growth and technical excellence in cost management services.
