Our client is a global leader in civil and infrastructure projects who is seeking a Commercial Lead for their Euston project. Job Summary The Commercial Lead overseas and manages the estimating cost, procurement and contract aspects of the project from initiation to close-out for Euston Station (HS2). Key responsibilities include but not limited to : Advise client and project team on all commercial issues effecting the project Overseas development of contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and sub-contractors Develop and implement the procurement and contracting strategy for delivery of the project Essential Requirements: Experience in a Commercial Management role Past experience of major (£500+) projects Formal qualifications of RICS or professional experience Expert knowledge of all aspects of commercial management Familiarity with various forms of contract Excellent knowledge of integrated reporting Desirable: Inspiring team leader Strong focus on detail but ability to see the strategic picture Ability to present confidently to senior management For further information on this fantastic opportunity contact Lily Kaye at Advance TRS We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
