With offices across the UK, you'll connect with multidisciplinary teams nationwide, leveraging a broad presence to drive success. Currently, we are looking for Civil Engineers across Engineer, Senior, and Principal grades to support and lead the delivery of a variety of projects as part of a significant capital investment program. Depending on your level, you will be responsible for technical delivery, fostering innovation, and mentoring team members to ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and quality expectations. About the Roles Collaborate on or lead the technical delivery of projects within the water and wastewater sector. Drive innovation by utilizing a wider technical network. Ensure projects align with client specifications and meet high-quality standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers, supporting their professional growth (Senior and Principal levels). Work across multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. About You Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with relevant water industry experience. Membership with a relevant engineering institution (e.g., ICE, CIWEM) is desirable, with Chartered or Incorporated status preferred for Senior and Principal levels. Experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, networks, or treatment projects. Proven ability to lead and develop teams (for Senior and Principal grades).
