I am looking for an asset manager with a good engineering background, to deliver engineering technical excellence on asset portfolio on a major project in Birmingham.
Role:
You will have previous experience working in a similar role within an asset management aspect. This role would suit an asset manager.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage Asset certification and package handover requirements and documentation for current work packages (piling, substructure and superstructure).
- Assist with the completion of the handover plan and its implementation.
- Assist with management of NCRs/defects of work current packages, particularly closing of NCRs following project process.
Essential requirements:
- Engineering background.
- Experience and understanding of project systems: projectwise, assetwise, BIM, etc.
- Rail experience ideally asset protection works.
