We're recruiting Mechanical Fitters for a long-term contract at a busy industrial site in Abingdon.

Duties:

  • Assembly and preparation of mechanical components
  • Maintenance, modification, and installation work
  • Reading and working from engineering drawings
  • Supporting wider engineering teams to deliver projects
  • Working to high standards of safety and quality

Requirements:

  • Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience in industrial/mechanical environments
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Desirable: Vacuum systems or cooling systems knowledge

Full-time on site BPSS clearance required (clearance can be obtained prior to start).
