Job Description HV Contracts Manager – Aberdeen Ready to take ownership of an HV operation and help grow it? We’re working with an established specialist in the high-voltage power sector, delivering critical electrical infrastructure and engineering solutions for a strong portfolio of clients. They’re looking for an experienced HV Contracts Manager to take the lead in Aberdeen — someone who can combine technical HV expertise, commercial awareness and leadership to deliver projects successfully while helping build the next phase of the business. You’ll ideally have: ~5+ years’ experience managing an electrical/HV engineering operation or business ~ Strong technical understanding of HV systems and engineering ~ Proven commercial and project management experience ~ Experience with tenders, quotations and business development ~ Strong leadership and people-management skills ~ Electrical Engineering qualification preferred ~ IOSH, SMSTS or equivalent H&S qualification The opportunity This would suit someone who is ready to move beyond simply delivering projects and wants to have a real influence on an HV business, with responsibility for both operations and growth.
