Overview
Role: Multi Utility Project Manager
Location: North West
We are working with a leading multi-utility provider that continues its successful expansion, delivering streamlined multi-utility services to developments across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of schemes within a designated geographical area.
- Oversee all aspects of site work from pre-start meetings through to multi-utility installation and connections.
- Order plant, road opening notices, and traffic management for schemes.
- Manage direct and subcontract resources effectively.
- Complete team audits and quality audits.
- Liaise with water, gas, and electricity engineering departments to arrange necessary connections.
- Close out NCRs and incident reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Multi Utility Project Manager.
- Ability to organise and manage site works from both HSQE and commercial perspectives.
- Hold CSCS card.
- Gas GNO 1, 2, and 5 (desirable).
- IOSH or similar (desirable).
- Site Management or Site Supervision Safety Certificate.
- Full UK driving licence.
