A leading main contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Building Services Manager to join their team, working on Construction projects across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities: Managing the design, delivery, and commissioning of building services within construction projects Collaborating with pre-construction teams to ensure client requirements are met and project proposals align with these needs Overseeing the integration of building services into construction plans and ensuring timely delivery of relevant information Supporting planning teams to ensure that building services are fully integrated into project schedules Monitoring progress and coordinating with project management to ensure specialist contractors meet resource and project needs Supporting commercial teams with contract variations and valuations Managing the commissioning process and ensuring all systems function as designed, with proper training provided to building users Attending client progress and technical meetings, and chairing specialist design and commissioning meetings Ideal Candidate: The successful applicant should be qualified in one of the following or equivalent: A Mechanical or Electrical Technical qualification BTEC in Building Services Engineering or related fields HNC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Building Services
