We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across a varied portfolio – no single-sector repetition, real variety of live projects. Sectors including Education, Healthcare, Defence and much more available within the Buildings team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading commercial delivery on projects – owning cost, quality and programme.
  • Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and contract administration.
  • Acting as commercial advisor and Employer's Agent, building strong client relationships.
  • Mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors and supporting team development.
  • Contributing to bids, proposals and business development.

Essential requirements:

  • MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience in property and development.
  • Strong NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge.
  • Employer's Agent experience desirable.
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
