We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across a varied portfolio – no single-sector repetition, real variety of live projects. Sectors including Education, Healthcare, Defence and much more available within the Buildings team.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading commercial delivery on projects – owning cost, quality and programme.
- Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and contract administration.
- Acting as commercial advisor and Employer's Agent, building strong client relationships.
- Mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors and supporting team development.
- Contributing to bids, proposals and business development.
Essential requirements:
- MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience in property and development.
- Strong NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge.
- Employer's Agent experience desirable.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
