Job Role: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Snodland, Kent
Salary: £350 – £400 per day
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of a major water infrastructure projects in the South East.
You will provide project coordination and administration support across the business on multiple projects, including a new build reservoir. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to keep deliverables on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day project administration
- Coordinating project schedules and activities
- Maintaining project documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for routine stakeholder communications
- Tracking deliverables and actions
- Identifying and resolving minor project bottlenecks
- Supporting SMEs with project inputs and coordination
About You:
- Experience in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator role
- MEICA or Civil engineering background
- Water sector experience is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with project documentation, scheduling and deliverables
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Infrastructure or utilities experience desirable
