About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior, Principal, or Associate Electrical Engineer to join our expanding team in London. As we continue to grow, particularly within the industrial sector, we are looking for professionals at various levels to contribute to our dynamic team and help deliver large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. These projects span across data centres, industrial facilities, and other innovative infrastructure developments. You will collaborate with a diverse team of architects, engineers, and clients, using your expertise to shape complex designs and deliver efficient, high-quality solutions. Your role will be integral in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, driving innovation, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the design and delivery of electrical systems across a variety of large-scale infrastructure projects, including data centres and industrial facilities.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to develop technical designs through all project stages, including concept development, design coordination, and project delivery.
  • Perform electrical calculations, risk management, and ensure that designs adhere to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage the technical and financial aspects of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support junior team members, offering mentorship and guidance on technical and project management tasks.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and addressing any project-related issues.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration across all project elements.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Energy Engineering.
  • A desire to work in Data centres.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical technical design for all RIBA stages, including project coordination, concept development, and delivery.
  • Experience in construction and building services.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage financial, technical, and quality assurance processes.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

  • Previous experience in the UK is an advantage.

  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects at varying stages, from concept through to delivery.
