Requirements:
- Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent), ideally with or working towards Chartered Status
- Proven experience managing client relationships, budgets, and project timelines
- Skilled in technical design verification and approvals
- Expertise in planning, designing, and constructing residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Collaborative experience with clients, contractors, and local authorities
- Proficiency in highway design, drainage, and utilities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce technical reports
- Familiarity with Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, or similar tools
