We’re looking for an experienced Scheme Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of infrastructure projects through all stages of the project lifecycle. This role involves ensuring objectives are met within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters, while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, structure, and deliver projects in line with defined governance and quality standards.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives safely and efficiently.
- Oversee risk, issue, and change control processes to maintain project integrity.
- Ensure compliance with Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations and other relevant legislation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and performance, ensuring benefits are clearly defined, measured, and realised.
About You:
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
- Member of (or working towards) APM or equivalent professional body.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, CDM regulations, and risk management.
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or engineering schemes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
