About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Urban Drainage Modeller to support a strong pipeline of urban drainage and wastewater projects on a contract basis. This role will focus on technical delivery while also providing leadership and mentoring to junior members of the modelling team. This position offers exposure to complex, high-profile modelling programmes across both public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of urban drainage and wastewater modelling projects
- Manage project tasks in line with agreed scope, programme and budget
- Build and verify integrated catchment models
- Engage with client technical teams and key stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior modellers
- Support quality assurance and control processes
- Contribute to the development of improved modelling processes and tools
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Strong experience in urban drainage and wastewater modelling
- Proven experience using InfoWorks ICM
- Experience in integrated catchment model build and verification
- Proficiency in GIS software (e.g. ArcGIS or MapInfo)
- Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced team members
- Experience acting as technical lead on modelling projects
- Commercial and programme awareness within project delivery
- Chartered or near-chartered status (ICE, CIWEM or similar) is advantageous
