Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and industrial HVAC, M&E, and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design through to commissioning and handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor programmes, budgets, variations, and project risks
• Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and client requirements
• Lead client meetings and provide project updates

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience within HVAC, Heat Pumps and M&E
• Strong knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps and mechanical building services
• Experience managing subcontractors and project budgets across a number commercial/Industrial projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience of Commercial and Industrial Air Source Heat pump and M&E/HVAC installation projects is essential

Desirable

• HNC/HND or Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
• SMSTS & CSCS Manager Card
• IOSH/NEBOSH
