About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior / Principal Hydrogeologist to support and lead the delivery of groundwater and water resource projects. This role will focus on groundwater modelling, groundwater resources, and associated environmental work, including geothermal and mine water projects. You will play a key role in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, working across multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead groundwater and water resource projects, ensuring high‑quality technical delivery
- Provide technical leadership and oversight across multidisciplinary teams
- Manage projects end‑to‑end, including budgets, contracts, programmes and risk
- Support and lead tendering and business development activities
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery

Eligibility
- Degree (and ideally postgraduate qualification) in geology, earth sciences or environmental discipline
