We’re seeking an experienced Handover Manager to support the handover of a major Midlands based Railway Station packages into operation and maintenance.
Key Focus
- Lead O&M handover for station packages covering MEP, SISS and Control room systems
- Manage RAMS reviews, inspections, and design sign‑off with specialist Contractors in line with HS2 and Railway standards
- Ensure Human Factors are considered appropriately within Control rooms, Switchboards, ticketing booths
- Oversee FAT AND SAT testing of systems including Software and configuration, witnessing, and statutory approvals
- Ensure delivery of as‑builts, O&M manuals, BIM models, and spares
- Support defects management through to final client sign‑off
Experience Needed
- Strong rail operations & MEP / SISS background
- Knowledge of HMRI and rail legislation
- Experience on major UK rail projects
- Asset Management qualification or equivalent (desirable)
CIRCA £600 per day
