Our client is currently looking to hire a M&E Project Engineer on a contract basis to support ongoing works on the United Utilities framework. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering key infrastructure projects within the water sector.
About the Role
- Ensure project costs do not exceed tender/varied allowance
- Ensure contract reviews, monthly forecasts are completed and submitted on time
- Maintain good client relationships at all levels
- Assist with the Project Management strategy
- Assist in the production of the contract programme; monitor programme and produce progress reports
- Provide data for the timely production of O&M manuals
- Produce Procurement packages
About you
- Experience of water and waste water treatment processes
- Working knowledge of various conditions of contract especially I Chem E & NEC
- Engineering/ Technical qualification (HNC minimum) required
- Knowledge of supply chain expedition
- CDM & Health & Safety knowledge
- Relevant professional qualification an advantage
