Location: North West

We are working with a leading multi-utility provider that continues its successful expansion, delivering streamlined multi-utility services to developments across the region.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage a portfolio of schemes within a designated geographical area.
  • Oversee all aspects of site work from pre-start meetings through to multi-utility installation and connections.
  • Order plant, road opening notices, and traffic management for schemes.
  • Manage direct and subcontract resources effectively.
  • Complete team audits and quality audits.
  • Liaise with water, gas, and electricity engineering departments to arrange necessary connections.
  • Close out NCRs and incident reports in a timely manner.

What we ask from you:

  • Proven experience as a Multi Utility Project Manager.
  • Ability to organise and manage site works from both HSQE and commercial perspectives.
  • Hold SCSC card.
  • Gas GNO 1, 2, and 5 (desirable).
  • IOSH or similar (desirable).
  • Site Management or Site Supervision Safety Certificate.
  • Full UK driving licence.
