Join OneAdvanced. We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Solution Consultant to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of live customer projects while acting as a trusted technical partner supporting service excellence across the Housing sector. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and customers, ensuring solutions deliver real operational value.
What You Will Do
- Drive customer success and operational excellence across WFM solutions by owning service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your customers and projects, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with delivery and support teams to embed customer context into technical resolutions.
