Join OneAdvanced as an Engineering Manager in the Health sector. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one or more product engineering squads focused on transforming the UK health sector. This is a leadership role where you will combine strong technical judgement with people leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable healthcare solutions. You will play a key role in shaping engineering direction, improving delivery standards, and building high-performing teams. What You Will Do

  • Define and deliver a clear engineering roadmap aligned with product strategy and health sector priorities
  • Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Design and oversee scalable, secure, modern SaaS architectures tailored to healthcare environments
  • Work closely with product teams, customers, and wider stakeholders to translate user needs into effective technical solutions
  • Establish and maintain engineering standards, ensuring quality, reliability, and maintainability
  • Ensure consistent and predictable software delivery through effective engineering processes
  • Stay informed on healthcare systems, UK regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Partner with senior leadership to align engineering priorities with broader business objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure teams follow modern agile development practices

What You Will Have

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in software engineering, particularly within modern SaaS environments
  • Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams in complex or fast-paced settings
  • Strong background in designing scalable, secure, user-focused applications and systems
  • Demonstrable experience establishing effective engineering processes and delivering software reliably and on time
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is advantageous
