Advance Staff are recruiting for Class 1 Drivers! We are currently recruiting professional and reliable Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for ongoing work in the Birmingham area. The Role
As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to distribution centres, retail stores, and customer locations across the Midlands and surrounding regions. Duties may include:
- Trunking between distribution centres.
- Store deliveries and collections.
- Completing vehicle safety checks.
- Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely.
- Adhering to driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Maintaining accurate delivery documentation.
- Providing a professional service to customers and site personnel.
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
- Driver CPC Qualification Card.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good knowledge of UK driving regulations and driver hours legislation.
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, IN, or CD endorsements).
- Strong safety awareness and professional attitude.
