Location: Scotland, North East, Yorkshire down to Lincolnshire. Majority of time spent in NE/Yorkshire.

Product Portfolio: The product portfolio includes a specialist range of orthopaedic and surgical technologies used across revision arthroplasty and broader theatre environments. Core areas include revision hip and knee solutions, cement and implant removal systems, acetabular cup and femoral stem extraction technologies, ultrasonic cement removal, specialist blade systems, pneumatic shockwave‑assisted revision tools and safe impaction systems.

What you’ll be doing: This role is responsible for managing and developing orthopaedic accounts across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland. It combines in‑theatre clinical case support with strategic account management across NHS and private hospital settings, working closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, procurement departments and finance stakeholders to drive product adoption, strengthen customer relationships and deliver commercial growth.

  • Support complex orthopaedic procedures in theatre.
  • Deliver product training and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare business cases and proposals for new surgical equipment.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking.
  • Provide monthly reporting and revenue forecasting for consumable and capital product portfolios.

Qualifications & Experience: Theatre/orthopaedic sales experience is ideal but not required. Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or a minimum of one year in a Sales Associate role within medical devices or healthcare is acceptable if theatre experience is lacking. Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system, NHS procurement processes and the medical device market. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the confidence to influence at clinical and procurement level. Highly self‑organised, able to plan, prioritise and manage a field‑based territory with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems an advantage. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
