Product: Single use bronchoscopes and a video laryngoscope which has just launched

Who you’ll be working for: Established in 1937, this organisation has been bringing efficient healthcare solutions to life within Anaesthesia, Urology, Patient Monitoring & Diagnostics and Emergency Care. They are dedicated to improving patient safety and are determined to advance single-use devices, and as part of this they brought the first single-use flexible video scope to the market. Since then they have gone on to become the market leader in single use endoscopy, serving specialties such as GI, urology, ENT and pulmonology.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be selling a mixture of products which are very established, (c60% market share) and others which are newer to the market including one which has just launched! You’ll need to use your account management skills to protect and grow existing business and use your business development skills for the recently launched product! You’ll be selling into a range of hospital departments including theatres, ITU, endoscopy.

Stakeholders selling to: Anaesthetists, chest physicians, procurement

Here’s what you need:

  • Previous experience as a medical sales rep with knowledge of NHS processes.
  • Strong work ethic and sales-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable handling account management and developing new business.
  • Competitive yet team-oriented approach.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in endoscopy, respiratory, or pulmonology.
  • Experience of selling into theatre or ITU.
  • Clinical background in these areas with an interest in transitioning into medical sales.

Bonus: 40% OTE opportunity to earn overage above and beyond that at 5%, capped at 120%

Car Policy: Car Hybrid or electric or £700pm car allowance

Additional Benefits: Pension (5% employee contribution; 10% employer contribution).
