Single-use scopes for ENT and urology

Who you’ll be working for:

You will be working for a global, market-leading medical technology company specialising in single-use endoscopy and other advanced clinical solutions. The business pioneered the single-use flexible endoscope and continues to lead this fast-growing segment with a broad portfolio spanning ENT, urology, GI and respiratory scope technologies, backed by recognised industry innovation awards and sustained international growth. The organisation is purpose-driven, invests in people and development, and has a strong clinical reputation with NHS and hospital partners, supported by decades of healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving patient care and operational efficiency.

What you’ll enjoy:

  • You will be working for a market leader in single-use endoscopy.
  • You will join a close-knit team within one of the top-performing regions in EMEA.
  • The opportunity to sell innovative, newly launched products into an established market.
  • An excellent reward package, including a competitive basic salary and a realistic bonus scheme with over-achievement paid at year end.
  • An organisation that actively invests in the growth and development of its people.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will promote and sell a single-use Urology and ENT product portfolio across both acute and non-acute clinical settings within the NHS. The portfolio includes an established ENT scope, a cystoscope that has been on the market for 2–3 years, and a newly launched ureteroscope, making the role a balanced mix of account management and new business development.
  • You will work with a wide spectrum of NHS stakeholders, including Urologists, ENT surgeons, Procurement, Clinical Directors, Directorate Managers, Infection Control, Finance and wider hospital management teams. A strong understanding of the current NHS macro and micro-environment is essential, along with the ability to engage credibly with both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.

Here’s what you need:

  • You will already be working in medical device sales and have a solid understanding of how the NHS operates. Experience in endoscopy, ENT, urology or theatre is advantageous, but not essential – attitude, curiosity and drive matter more than specific product background.
  • You will bring a strong work ethic and enjoy the challenge of developing new business, while also being comfortable managing and growing existing accounts.
  • You must be sales-driven and competitive, but collaborative by nature and willing to support colleagues when needed.
  • You will have a growth mindset, respond well to coaching and be motivated by learning new skills and improving your performance over time.

Bonus 40% on target (pay overage at 5% at year-end)

Car policy: hybrid/electric or a car allowance of £700pm
