Product: Spine portfolio (implants, systems and enabling surgical technologies)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Analysing data and market insights to identify opportunities within accounts
  • Building strong relationships with surgeons, procurement, and stakeholders
  • Presenting value propositions and influencing purchasing decisions
  • Leading customer engagement activities including meetings, training, and education
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, education, and commercial teams
  • Managing territory performance through structured planning and forecasting

Here’s what you need:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within medical devices
  • Strong commercial and account management skills
  • Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable plans
  • Confident communicator with a consultative selling approach
  • Understanding of the NHS secondary care environment
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in procedural or theatre-based sales
  • Track record of delivering growth across key accounts
  • Degree or relevant industry qualifications (e.g. ABPI)
  • Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools
