You will be joining a leading fertility and women's healthcare company dedicated to putting time on the side of women, babies, and families at the healthcare moments that matter most in life. It is at the forefront of delivering innovative assisted reproductive technology and genomic solutions that enhance the work of professionals to the benefit of families. It currently offers over 600 clinically relevant medical devices to women's healthcare providers, including testing and treatment options. Its innovative products are used by physicians and healthcare professionals in clinical settings for a wide variety of procedures from basic gynaecological exams to complex surgical procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity, where you will have full responsibility and ownership in developing and supporting the transition of newly acquired products, alongside established products in the market, as well as supporting the launch of new and unique products. By joining the team, you will be part of a fast-paced, evolving business, on target for further growth and expansion. The UK business is the first direct sales team outside of the US, with the goal and plans that will build on the historic sales success of key brands and market leading products in the gynaecology space. This is the 3rd best performing region in the UK. You will contribute to the success and shape the direction of the business and be part of the next generation of future leaders for this growing brand.
You will be part of an evolving, dynamic and successful, expanding sales team with a focus on Medical Devices primarily in the theatre space. This position is field based, with a primary call point of hospitals, with a particular focus in and around the operating rooms and delivery suites. As a Territory Manager, your primary role will be meeting customers and driving sales growth within the existing and expanding gynaecology and obstetrics portfolio. You will have experience creating strong customer relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within private and public hospitals, with a key focus on training and selling in operating rooms and delivery suites. To become a success in this role you will drive new product launch in the market, acquire new customers and be the go-to person for KOL and relevant stakeholders within Gynae/Obstetrics.
Here's what you need: You will have field-sales medical experience working in theatre suites. Any experience in women's health would be advantageous. You will be an energetic, sharp and tenacious candidate who can build relationships and business in the untapped Birmingham market. You will be people-orientated, thrive in a team and have the desire to work hard, play hard!
Educational background: scientific degree, nurse, clinical specialist. You will have a tactical, structured, and goal-oriented approach. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Business acumen.
Bonus: 40% of salary OTE with additional incentives which allow you to earn up to 120%. Car policy: Allowance Β£950 per month.
