Who you’ll be working for:

Established in 2003, you will be joining one of the largest privately owned healthcare companies in Western Europe who have become a leading provider to all healthcare institutions with an expert team and an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare market. Their vision is to become a pan-European organisation with a reputation for exceeding their customers’ and their partners’ expectations. They inspire and motivate their employees to act on improving patient outcomes by delivering the best and most innovative healthcare products to clinicians and caregivers throughout Europe. They are constantly looking to expand, both in product portfolio and geographically.

What you’ll enjoy:

  • Premium products with growing sales year on year.
  • Exciting new product launches disrupting the market early next year.
  • Realistic targets with ample bonus earning opportunities.
  • Supportive, close-knit team and approachable management.
  • Autonomous working culture.

What you’ll be doing:

You will focus on growing sales of an established product range. This is a very clinically led sales role, so you'll need to be comfortable in interventional procedures supporting clinicians and driving use of the products. Responsibilities include:

  • You’ll be providing procedural and product expertise to targeted customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) via field travel, meeting attendance, educational seminars, and case observations.
  • Develop strong clinical relationships and create educational programs to enhance safe and effective product usage, in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Training.
  • Attend exhibitions and clinical meetings, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Operate autonomously, managing your territory like your own business.
  • Field based out supporting customers in procedures 5 days a week.
  • Hunting for new business opportunities and driving sales.

Here’s what you need:

This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their career in medical sales. Ideally a life science graduate, you’ll have at least 6‑12 months sales experience under your belt. You’ll need to be a self-starter who is not afraid of hard work. This is not a 9‑5 job, so you’ll need to be prepared to work long days when necessary. Enthusiasm and passion for the company and the role are crucial. Candidates should be able to articulate why they are a good fit and demonstrate research into the company. Will also consider those from a clinical background looking to move into sales.

Bonus: £24k on target (very high chance of hitting target) overage paid.

Car policy: Electric e.g. Tesla or Hybrid.

Benefits:

  • 25 days holiday (goes up with service) + public holidays.
  • 4 x life assurance sick pay.
  • Company pension scheme - employee pay 5% and company pay 5%.
  • Birthday leave after 5 years.
  • Access to financial well-being advice.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • £1000 refer a friend recruitment scheme.
