What you’ll be doing: This varied role involves selling a portfolio of related dry eye products to 3 different areas – customers in hospitals, dispensing practices and clinical commissioning group/primary care networks/integrated care systems level. Your primary focus will be hospitals and private clinics.

Stakeholders selling to: Ophthalmologists, consultants, junior doctors, hospital pharmacists, Dispensing doctors, payors at CCG/ PCN/ICS level.

Here’s what you need: ABPI qualification would be advantageous. This opportunity would suit someone with 2–3 years’ experience in either primary care or hospital sales who is looking to move into a more specialised therapy area. We are looking for someone with a positive, energetic approach, strong drive and ambition, and a genuine hunger to succeed. A proactive mindset, resilience, and the ability to build strong relationships will be key to success in the role.

Bonus: 20% of basic (quarterly), paid out at 90% (e.g. 20% of salary 100%, if you hit 101% you get 105% and 102% you get 110% etc. Also have objective based bonus which is paid at the end of the year on top).

Car policy: Allowance c£700 per month or salary sacrifice where you get a fully electric car (it's taken out before tax, free first 5,000 miles, free servicing included, free tyres included etc).
