You will be working for a global, market-leading medical technology company specialising in single-use endoscopy and other advanced clinical solutions. You will be doing:
- Promoting and selling a single-use Urology and ENT product portfolio across both acute and non-acute clinical settings within the NHS.
- Working with a wide spectrum of NHS stakeholders, including Urologists, ENT surgeons, Procurement, Clinical Directors, Directorate Managers, Infection Control, Finance and wider hospital management teams.
Here's what you need:
- Experience in medical device sales and a solid understanding of how the NHS operates.
- Experience in endoscopy, ENT, urology or theatre is advantageous, but not essential β attitude, curiosity and drive matter more than specific product background.
- A strong work ethic and enjoyment in developing new business, while also being comfortable managing and growing existing accounts.
- Sales-driven and competitive, but collaborative by nature and willing to support colleagues when needed.
- A growth mindset, responding well to coaching and motivated by learning new skills and improving performance over time.
Bonus 40% on target (pay overage at 5% at year-end). Car policy: hybrid/electric or a car allowance of Β£700pm.
