What you’ll be doing: As Territory Manager, you will manage and grow key accounts by building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities across the urology portfolio in both NHS and private settings. You will work closely with customers to deliver a high level of clinical and commercial support, aligned to patient care and outcomes. The role is focused on Urology Outpatient Departments, working primarily with Urology Nurse Specialists and nursing teams. You will support procedures in theatre, including being scrubbed in to provide product guidance where required. You will deliver product demonstrations and provide clinical support and training to Consultant Surgeons and wider stakeholders on the effective use of the portfolio.
Stakeholders selling to: Urology Nurse Specialists, Nurses, Consultants, Urologists, as well as Theatre Managers, Theatre Nurses, Consultants, Paediatricians, Colo-Rectal Surgeon and supporting nursing staff.
Here’s what you need:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical device sales or a closely related field.
- Experience in urology, uro-gynae or colorectal is preferred, but other relevant device backgrounds will be considered.
- Degree-level education is desirable, though not essential with strong commercial experience.
- Exposure to both capital equipment and consumables is advantageous but not required.
- Comfortable working in theatre; prior theatre or urology sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
Bonus: 50% of base commission/bonus (with overage kickers. Uncapped, earn the moment you sell).
Car policy: Company car.
