Product: Diabetes - Blood Glucose Meters, Mobile Applications, Diabetes Test Strips. Two product launches upcoming: a dual-function glucose and ketone meter, and a continuous glucose monitor (CGM).

What you’ll be doing:
There is established business which will require a strong skillset in Key Account Management. There are also new product launches set for Q1 2026 so there will be lots of new prospecting and activity you would come to expect for a new product launch. You will be responsible for the management of your territory calling on predominantly Secondary Care and Primary Care sites, and other diabetes-related institutions and personnel. The objective will be to grow sales, gain new distribution, support customers in the field and create awareness for the products. You will be focusing on building relationships, and gaining new distribution on existing and new products, while executing marketing and promotional strategies to increase market share. You will be developing a working knowledge of the inter-relationship of Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Practice Nurses (PNs), Diabetes Specialist Nurses (DSNs), Clinicians and Pharmacists and work to gain recommendations along every link of the chain.
Here’s what you need:
- Ideally candidates with at least 2 years experience and a proven track record in sales.
- Sales within the Diabetes disease area would be extremely advantageous but not imperative.
- Experience in healthcare and an understanding of how the NHS operates is preferred.
- Bonus points if you have experience of selling to specialist nurses.
- You will be warm, friendly, likable, with an approachable personality.
- You should be driven and not afraid to challenge opinions.
- You will have entrepreneurial flair, and a desire to treat it like your business and make it your own.
Bonus: £14k on target earnings with over target bonus payments.
Other benefits: Pension – company match up to 6% company contribution, daily allowance, business mileage 0.28p per mile, death in service, expenses covered for overnight business stays.
